Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the social-environment factors by region of over 75 years old in Korea and to study the factors of longevity.
Methods: The study Included 266 regions with a total of 1.062,517 over 75 years old. The data In this study was collected from The National Statistical Office, Republic of Korea.
Results: Those region the longest were 5 County In that order. The correlation of longevity factors by social-environment were smoking (-0.750), air pollution (-0.673), water pollution (-0.816), losing of livelihood (-0.692), divorce (-0.702), garlic (+0.332) and beans (+0.569).
Conclusions: we should learn to live long and healthily from residence harmonized with natural environment. longevity are to be fostered for the promotion of health by control the social-environment factors.
